Departures Organic Social

Unlike the gated Departures website (exclusive to American Express Platinum cardmembers) the brand’s Instagram is open to everyone, making it a rare public face for an inherently private world. As art director, I shaped the visual identity of @departures with that dual purpose in mind: inspiring aspirational engagement from prospective cardmembers while deepening loyalty among existing ones. Every post was crafted to feel like an invitation into a life well-traveled.
